Canada Shipping
For shipping in canada, canada post will be the first choice for shipping agency, unless the address cannot be serviced by canada post, then either Fedex or Ups will be the shipping agency. The customer will be notified when their product(s) ships, and the shipping agency will be identified in the shipping notification.
Flat rate shipping costs are $19.99 CAD, and will be shipped via Regular parcel through Canada Post unless otherwise stated according to the first paragraph. The Tracking number(S) will be provided in the shipping notification sent to the customer once the item(S) are in transit. Shipping times will be between 3-10 business days depending on destination and courier speeds. SHould your item(s) not be received in that timeline, Please contact the shipping agent first, prior to contacting us about locating the shipment, as we will not have any more info than the shipping company will. Then, If the delay is not solved, please see Damaged or Lost products section below for the next steps.
Free shipping will be offered on orders over $149 CAD, for addresses in canada only. Free shipping can be redeemed by entering the discount code “Freeship” in the appropriate area during checkout. again, The Tracking number(S) will be provided in the shipping notification sent to the customer once the item(S) are in transit.

UsA Shipping
For shipping to the USA, canada post will be the first choice for shipping agency, unless the address cannot be serviced by canada post VIA USPS, then either Fedex or Ups will be the shipping agency. The customer will be notified when their product(s) ships, and the shipping agency will be identified in the shipping notification.
Flat rate USA shipping costs are $39.99 CAD, and will be shipped via Regular parcel through Canada Post unless otherwise stated according to the first paragraph. The Tracking number(S) will be provided in the shipping notification sent to the customer once the item(S) are in transit. Shipping times will be between 8-21 business days depending on destination and courier speeds. SHould your item(s) not be received in that timeline, please see Damaged or Lost products section below for the next steps.
All States will be eligible for flat rate USA shipping, including Alaska and Hawaii, however the following exceptions will not be eligible:
Any and all U.S. Armed FOrces Bases, Stateside or not.
Any and all U.S. territories including American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

International Shipping (outside Canada and USA)
For international customers outside canada and the USA, please contact us prior to placing an order so appropriate shipping means can be identified for you country of residence. Once appropriate means are identified, we will advise you of the associated cost in $CAD and then you are able to make the decision to move forward on a purchase if you so desire. We will work with you directly on having it shipped to your international destination, though international shipping will not be a choice during checkout. AGain, we will work with you directly if you choose to purchase from us.

Item packaging
Item(S) will be shipped in the following packaging (unless advised otherwise):
Photo rag Prints will be shipped via mailing tube.
Canvas and Metal Prints will be shipped via package, according to the size ordered.

Damaged or Lost Products
If your item(S) is or are damaged during the shipping process, you may need to file a report with the shipping agency immediately upon receiving your item(s), and notify us that your product has been damaged. If this is the case, please reach out via our contact page, including your order number, and we will work with you to receive either a replacement for the damaged product or a credit towards another piece, at our discretion.
If your item(S) is or are lost during the shipping process, as defined by not receiving your item(s) within 30 days of the original shipping date, please reach out to us via our contact page, including your order number and tracking number, and we will help you look into the location of your item(s) with the shipping agency, and if the conclusion is found that the item(s) are lost in transit, we will work with you to receive either a replacement for the damaged product or a credit towards another piece, at our discretion.
